Account data (name, email), uploaded files, prompts and generated content, as well as technical usage data.

To operate the service, process generations, charge credits, prevent abuse and improve the platform.

Files are kept in private storage, accessed through temporary signed links and isolated per user.
4. Sharing
We share data only with providers required to run generations and operate the infrastructure.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data in accordance with applicable law (such as the LGPD (Brazil) and GDPR).
6. Biometric data (faces)
Face photos uploaded to create characters are sensitive personal data. They are processed only with your specific consent, used only to generate the content you request, and deleted when you delete the character or your account.
7. Legal bases and consents
We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations and, for biometric data, with your consent. We record the version of the terms and when you accepted them. You can withdraw consent and exercise your data subject rights through our data protection officer (DPO).
