1. Acceptance
By creating an account, you declare that you are 18 or older and agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Account and credits
Credits are consumed per generation according to the cost shown before generating. Eligible technical failures are refunded.
3. Acceptable use
Generating content that is illegal, misleading, infringes third-party rights or impersonates real people without authorization is prohibited.
4. Content ownership
You retain the rights to what you upload. Commercial use of generations depends on your plan.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is; AI results may contain errors and should be reviewed before publication.
6. Uploaded content and user responsibility
You are solely responsible for the videos, photos, audio, text and instructions you upload and for how you use the generated content. By uploading a file, you declare that you own the copyright or have a license or permission to use it, and you agree to indemnify the platform against third-party claims arising from your content, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Image, voice and biometric data
Using a person's face, body or voice without their express consent is prohibited. When you create a character from face photos, you declare that the face is yours or that you have the express consent of the person shown, and you consent to the processing of this biometric data for that purpose only. Swapping people in videos (Flash) may only be done on videos you have the right to use.
8. AI-generated content
Results are created by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. When publishing, disclose when content was generated or altered by AI. Using the platform to deceive, defame or defraud, to create non-consensual sexual content or content involving minors, or to interfere with elections is prohibited.
9. Reports and removal
Anyone can report content that infringes rights through the contact page. We may remove content, suspend accounts and cooperate with authorities when these terms are violated or a legal order requires it.
